Job summary

Rogo is hiring in New York for a forward-deployed role shaping how top financial firms apply AI to their daily workflows. You will own client engagements, tailor demos, and translate capabilities into measurable value for bankers and investors.

You will guide demonstrations, address workflow challenges, and establish credibility as a trusted advisor while collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine solutions for finance use cases.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in private and/or brokerage wealth management
• Outstanding project management and communication skills; extremely organized
• An action-oriented mindset balancing creative problem-solving with delivery

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle client engagements and build consultative relationships with top financial institutions
• Tailor demos to resonate with investors and deal teams to drive financial wins
• Understand clients' workflow challenges and demonstrate ROI of Rogo's AI solutions
• Present product demonstrations tailored to each firm’s context and use cases
• Collaborate with marketing to create content tailored to bankers/investors
• Act as Voice of the Customer to inform product strategy from a financial services perspective
• Synthesize customer feedback for the product team
• Advance Rogo's credibility and utility in finance workflows
