Job summary

Qualifications

• Active and valid FINRA Series 7 license.
• Active and valid FINRA Series 66 or Series 63/65 license (or obtained within 120 days).
• Minimum 1 year of financial services experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound needs, clarify requests, resolve issues, and deliver consistent service.
• Document requests clearly, share timely updates, and explain processes to advisors, clients, and partners.
• Maintain accuracy in case management, workflows, documentation and follow-up.
• Navigate inquiries, route work, and assist with operational, planning, and service requests.
