You will work as part of a 40-45 person team dedicated to servicing, understanding, and delivering flexible investment solutions.

You will collaborate with Advisor Services Sales, Service, Advisor Family Office, Operations and RIAs to address diverse client needs and ensure accurate, regulated guidance.

Responsibilities

• Join a team of 40-45 representatives to assist internal and external clients with servicing, understanding, and finding flexible solutions for complex investments via phone and electronic channels.
• Partner with Advisor Services Sales, Service, Advisor Family Office, Operations and RIAs to understand diverse needs of high-net-worth advisors and clients, serving as central contact for alternative investments.
• Educate clients, prospects, and partners on regulation, exemptions, filings and Schwab's Alternative Investment process, service, and policy.
• Provide phone and email support to enhance client experience and promote client retention through timely, accurate information.
