Responsibilities

• Use your client experience to anticipate needs, resolve issues, and deliver a high-touch service experience.
• Through oral and written communication, articulate processes and operating standards clearly to advisors and business partners.
• Maintain accuracy in case management, operational workflows, and follow-up activities with attention to detail.
• Leverage process discipline, sound judgment, and resources to help resolve portfolio management and financial planning inquiries.
