Qualifications

• Active and valid FINRA Series 7 license.
• Active and valid FINRA Series 66 or Series 63/65 license (or obtained within 120 days)
• Minimum 1 year of financial services experience
• Experience with CRM, case management, or workflow platforms such as Salesforce

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound needs, clarify requests, resolve issues, and deliver a consistent service experience.
• Document requests clearly, share timely updates, and explain processes to advisors, clients, and business partners.
• Navigate inbound inquiries, route work appropriately, and help resolve operational, planning, and service-related requests.
