You’ll receive structured training through Client Relationship Specialist University (CRSU) and in‑branch mentorship, enabling growth into broader client service and advisory pathways.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of client-facing or customer service experience.
• 2+ years working with International clients.
• Bilingual ability to read, write, and speak fluently required; Mandarin, Cantonese, Spanish, Portuguese strongly preferred.
• Attention to Detail and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, inclusive client experience by understanding needs and resolving requests with accuracy and care.
• Support daily branch operations, including account servicing, documentation, and follow-up with strong attention to detail.
