Job summary

WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a Managing Director with a proven track record in financial advising to lead and grow a high-performing team. You will recruit, mentor, and shape the firm’s growth while maintaining your own client practice.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in financial services, active Life/Health licenses, and FINRA licenses; sponsorship available if needed. You will foster a culture of excellence and long-term client success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship and support available if not currently held).
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Business-driven mindset with a long-term vision for growth.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
