Job summary

Bank of America’s Merrill Wealth Management division invites you to join the Advisor Development Program - Financial Advisor, designed for individuals transitioning into wealth management. You will work with high-net-worth clients, develop relationships, review goals, and prepare investment recommendations.

You will be mentored by Merrill Advisor Teams to grow your experience. You’ll collaborate with core banking and investment partners, leverage technology, and deliver end-to-end comprehensive

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred for advancement.
• Series 7 and 66 licenses (or equivalents 63/65) are required.
• Minimum one year of experience in investments and financial services sales.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and prospecting skills.

Responsibilities

• Handles inbound inquiries from leads regarding Merrill offerings.
• Position Merrill and Bank of America capabilities to clients.
• Collects client profile data and performs KYC to open accounts.
• Serve as interim Financial Advisor and provide suitable investment recommendations.
• Document client interactions and opportunities in Salesforce.
