Bank of America Merrill Wealth Management is seeking individuals for the Advisor Development Program - Financial Advisor. You will identify client needs, build relationships, review goals, and deliver comprehensive recommendations.

You will be mentored by Merrill Financial Advisor Teams to grow a book of business, source clients through referrals, and coordinate with banking and investment partners to meet client financial goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance or business
• Experience in financial services or sales with a track record of meeting/exceeding goals
• Ability to engage with and influence others and build client trust

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries regarding Merrill offerings and assignments
• Position Merrill/Bank of America capabilities to prospective clients
• Open client accounts following KYC procedures and document interactions in Salesforce
• Provide investment recommendations aligned with client objectives and risk tolerance
• Collaborate with Merrill Financial Advisor Teams to grow portfolios and cross-sell solutions
