Job summary

Bank of America’s Merrill Wealth Management program seeks a Merrill Advisor Development Program - Financial Advisor to identify client needs, build relationships, review goals, and provide comprehensive recommendations aligned with clients’ objectives. You will collaborate with Merrill Advisor Teams to grow portfolios.

You will be mentored through world-class training, with emphasis on end-to-end advisory services, client reviews, and collaboration with core banking and investment partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in finance or related field.
• Series 7 & 66 licenses required (63 & 65 in lieu of 66).
• Minimum of one year in financial services or a sales environment with goals achieved.
• In-depth knowledge of investment products and services.
• Proven ability to engage with and influence others.

Responsibilities

• Handles inbound inquiries regarding Merrill offerings.
• Position the capabilities of Merrill and Bank of America.
• Collects client profile data following KYC procedures to open accounts.
• Serves as interim Financial Advisor; recommends suitable investments.
• Documents client interactions and opportunities in Salesforce.
