Job summary

Bank of America is seeking an energetic Merrill Advisor Development Program - Financial Advisor to help high-net-worth individuals achieve their financial goals. You will build relationships, assess client needs, and deliver tailored investment recommendations while collaborating with Merrill Advisor teams to develop portfolio growth.

Training and coaching are provided through the Bank of America/Merrill Academy.

Qualifications

• Current Series 7 & 66 licenses (63 & 65 in lieu of 66) or equivalent
• Minimum of one year in financial services or sales with targets met
• Experience in investments industry and product knowledge
• Proven ability to engage and influence others
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Strong written and verbal communication, trust-building abilities
• Ability to collaborate with teammates and partners
• Willingness to complete required training and certifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries regarding Merrill offerings
• Position Merrill and Bank of America capabilities to clients
• Collect client data following KYC procedures to open accounts
• Provide investment recommendations aligned with client objectives
• Document client interactions in Salesforce accurately
• Support financial planning and servicing of client accounts
• Collaborate with Merrill Advisor Teams to grow the book of business
• Coordinate with banking and investment partners to meet client needs
