Bank of America’s Merrill Wealth Management Advisor Development Program is designed for individuals transitioning to a Financial Advisor role. You will work with high-net-worth clients to assess needs, develop relationships, and deliver comprehensive investment recommendations aligned with goals.

You’ll be mentored by Merrill Financial Advisor Teams to build experience and promote portfolio growth while balancing growth, referrals, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience in wealth management or financial advisory environments preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop a book of business and meet/exceed performance hurdles.
• Identify client needs and present investment solutions.
• Collaborate with Merrill Financial Advisor Teams to grow portfolio.
• Maintain regulatory and compliance standards.
