Bank of America’s Merrill Wealth Management is seeking a candidate for the Advisor Development Program as a Financial Advisor. You will identify client needs, develop relationships, review goals, and deliver comprehensive recommendations aligned with clients’ objectives.

You’ll be mentored by Merrill Advisor Teams to grow your book of business. The role emphasizes building client relationships, prospecting for new business, and collaborating with banking and investment partners to provide

Qualifications

• Currently holds Series 7 and 66 licenses (63/65 in lieu).
• Minimum of one year in financial services or sales with goals met or exceeded.
• Minimum of one year in investments industry with product knowledge.
• Proven ability to engage with and influence others.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication; credible and trusted.
• Proven ability to prospect and source clients through networking.
• Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Handles inbound inquiries from leads regarding Merrill offering and Bank of America capabilities.
• Collects necessary client profile data following KYC procedures to open accounts.
• Serves as interim Financial Advisor, recommending investments suitable for prospects and clients.
• Documents all client interactions and opportunities within Salesforce.
