Job summary

Wisepath Group is recruiting for a direct-hire Wealth Management support role in Parsippany-Troy Hills, NJ. You will work with Senior Advisors on client cases, contributing to strategy design and joint-planning meetings.

The position emphasizes licensing, ongoing education, and a structured 3-year path to Lead Advisor status, with compensation based on base pay plus bonuses and commissions.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in banking, insurance, or consultative client-facing sales.
• Active State Life & Health Insurance License is required (or must be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 6 and 63) are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Advisors in analyzing client data and preparing macroeconomic financial models.
• Participate in client meetings to assist with administrative follow-ups and annual review coordination.
• Manage existing client relationships with high professional standards.
• Collaborate on local business development, group workshops, and educational marketing events.
