Job summary

Wisepath Recruiting, a division of Wisepath Group, is seeking a motivated wealth management associate to join a premier advisory team. You will support Senior Advisors on client cases, contribute to strategy discussions, and help coordinate annual reviews.

The role offers licensing sponsorship, a defined 3-year path to Lead Advisor, and a hybrid work model with base pay plus performance bonuses, new business commissions, and payout splits.

Qualifications

• FINRA licenses preferred (Series 7/66 or Series 6/63).
• Active State Life & Health Insurance License required or within 30 days of hire.
• 1–3 years of experience in banking, insurance, or consultative client-facing sales.
• Strong active-listening and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Advisors in analyzing client data and preparing macroeconomic financial models.
• Participate in client meetings to assist with administrative follow-ups, case implementation, and annual review coordination.
• Manage existing client relationships, addressing daily operational inquiries with high professional standards.
• Collaborate with the team on local business development, group workshops, and educational marketing events.
