  • Conduct research and prepare financial scenarios and recommendations for advisor review.
  • Monitor client progress toward financial goals and identify opportunities to update strategies as circumstances change.
  • Support the implementation of approved financial and investment recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate client information within financial planning and relationship-management systems.
Client Relationship Development
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and become a dependable member of their advisory team.
  • Participate in client review meetings and gradually assume responsibility for portions of client conversations.
  • Explain financial concepts, recommendations, and next steps in clear and approachable language.
  • Support client education, appreciation, and community-engagement activities.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and introduce additional wealth‑management capabilities when appropriate.
Professional Development
  • Develop the technical knowledge, communication skills, and judgment necessary to progress into a Wealth Advisor position.
  • Stay current on financial planning strategies, investment concepts, industry developments, and regulatory requirements.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and consistent follow‑through.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Client‑first mindset and genuine interest in helping individuals and families achieve financial goals.
  • Ability to work collaboratively while independently managing responsibilities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications
