Job summary

Building Block Resolutions Inc. in Los Angeles, CA is hiring BCBA/BCaBA for a full-time, hybrid role.

You will support clinical programming, supervise BTs/RBTs, and grow your skills; with scheduling, client success, billing, and administrative teams in place to support you. Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification (BACB).
• ABA experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise clinical care BTs/RBTs for a manageable caseload (10-15 clients).
• Maintain a minimum of 25 billable hours/week.
• Support assessments and treatment plan implementation under BCBA guidance.
• Track and review client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Ensure ethical, high-quality service delivery.

We’re hiring BCBA's and BCaBA's for a full-time, hybrid role where you'll support clinical programming, work closely with BCBAs, and grow your skills; with scheduling, client success, billing, and administrative teams in place to support you.

What You'll Do

• Lead nd supervise clinical care BTs/RBTs for amanageable caseload (10-15 clients)
