Job summary

Building Block Resolutions (BBR) is hiring BCBA or BCaBA professionals for a full-time, hybrid position in Los Angeles, CA. You will lead and supervise BTs/RBTs, support assessments, and help implement treatment plans under BCBA guidance, while collaborating with families and the clinical team.

• ABA experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable traveling throughout Los Angeles and Orange County

Responsibilities

• Maintain a minimum of 25 billable hours/week
• Support assessments and treatment plan implementation under BCBA guidance

We’re hiring BCBA's and BCaBA's for a full-time, hybrid role where you'll support clinical programming, work closely with BCBAs, and grow your skills; with scheduling, client success, billing, and administrative teams in place to support you.

What You'll Do

• Lead nd supervise clinical care BTs/RBTs for amanageable caseload (10-15 clients)
