Job summary

Building Block Resolutions Inc. is seeking a BCBA or BCaBA for a full-time hybrid/field-based position in Los Angeles, CA.

You will contribute to clinical programming, supervise BTs/RBTs, and collaborate with BCBAs while advancing your professional skills. The role involves managing a caseload, maintaining 25 billable hours weekly, traveling throughout Los Angeles and Orange County, and benefiting from scheduling and billing support, mentorship, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA or BCaBA certification through the BACB.
• Prior ABA experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout Los Angeles and Orange County.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide BTs/RBTs in delivering clinical services for a manageable caseload (10-15 clients)
• Maintain at least 25 billable hours per week
• Assist with assessments and treatment plan execution under BCBA supervision
• Monitor and evaluate client progress
• Work collaboratively with families and interdisciplinary team members
• Uphold ethical standards and ensure quality service delivery

Building Block Resolutions (BBR) is an expanding ABA agency dedicated to delivering compassionate, research-supported services to children and young adults with Autism. We foster collaboration, ongoing clinical development, and a supportive team environment.

We are seeking BCBAs and BCaBAs for a full-time hybrid position where you will contribute to clinical programming, partner closely with BCBAs, and continue advancing your professional skills. Our scheduling, client success, billing, and administrative teams are in place to provide ongoing support.
