Job summary

Goodwill Southern California is seeking a compassionate Part-Time Job Coach to help individuals with developmental disabilities succeed at work. You will provide one-on-one training, encourage professional growth, and support inclusion across diverse workplace settings.

Based in Fontana, CA, you will coach participants, give feedback, and work with employers to track progress and ensure program goals are met. Join a mission-driven team focused on empowerment through meaningful work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of experience supporting individuals with disabilities or barriers to employment.
• Excellent communication and observation skills.
• Strong commitment to equity, inclusion, and workplace safety.

Responsibilities
