MSIG USA is seeking a Workers' Compensation Specialist to coordinate bureau changes, prepare regulatory filings, and monitor legislative developments. You will collaborate with Product Development, Underwriting, Actuarial, Compliance, Legal, and Operations to keep WC products compliant, competitive, and operationally efficient.

The role requires strong knowledge of Workers' Compensation, NCCI, and state filing processes, with a focus on multi-state regulatory compliance and timely adoption of

Qualificações

• 5-7 years of experience in Commercial Workers' Compensation, Product Development, Regulatory Compliance, or State Filings.
• Strong knowledge of NCCI manuals, bureau processes, Workers' Compensation rating structures, and state regulatory requirements.
• Experience using SERFF and state insurance department filing systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting multi-state commercial lines insurance products and regulatory filing projects.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, submit, and track Workers' Compensation rate, rule, form, and loss cost filings through SERFF and state filing systems.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external filing partners for timely submissions.
• Draft responses to regulatory objections and information requests from state departments.
• Monitor filing statuses and maintain audit-ready documentation for approvals and implementations.
• Ensure compliance with state Workers' Compensation requirements across jurisdictions.
