Job summary

MSIG USA seeks a Workers' Compensation Specialist to coordinate regulatory filings, monitor bureau updates, and ensure compliant, competitive products across jurisdictions.

You will partner with Product Development, Underwriting, Actuarial, Compliance, Legal, and Operations to implement changes, manage documentation, and support audits while driving process improvements in filing workflows and timelines. This position offers remote work options and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Commercial Workers’ Compensation or regulatory filings.
• Strong knowledge of NCCI, bureau processes, and state filing requirements.
• Experience using SERFF and state filing systems; ability to manage multi-state filings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, and track WC rate, rule, form, and loss cost filings through SERFF and state systems.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure timely submissions.
• Support bureau changes, monitor circulars, and implement regulatory updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Underwriting, Actuarial, Compliance, and Legal.
• Contribute to process improvements in filing workflows and documentation.
