Job summary

MSIG USA is seeking a Workers' Compensation Specialist to coordinate regulatory filings, monitor bureau changes, and support product development across departments. The role requires deep knowledge of Workers' Compensation, NCCI/bureau processes, and multi-state filing practices.

You will partner with Underwriting, Actuarial, Compliance, Legal, and IT to ensure compliant, competitive product offerings. The position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, timely filing submissions, and

Qualifications

5–7 years of experience in Commercial Workers' Compensation, regulatory compliance, or state filings.
Experience with NCCI manuals, bureau processes, and workers' compensation rating structures.
Proficiency using SERFF and state insurance department filing systems.

Responsibilities

Prepare and track Workers' Compensation filings (rate, rule, form, loss cost) through SERFF and state systems.
Coordinate with stakeholders and filing partners to ensure timely submissions.
Draft responses to regulatory objections and information requests from state departments.
Monitor bureau updates and implement changes within required timelines.
Support product development, system implementation, and cross-functional projects.
