Assist the bar staff in providing excellent guest experiences and ensuring smooth shifts for the entire restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Interact professionally and positively with guests and staff.
• Assist in filling ice wells and stocking liquor bottles.
• Ensure beer bottles, wine, and cordials are stocked.
• Refill and date mixers, juices, and syrups.
• Prepare garnishes and set up the bar for service.
• Maintain cleanliness by emptying bus tubs and cleaning the bar top.
• Make batch cocktails according to recipes and understand the batch system.
• Arrive on time, in proper uniform, and ready to work.
• Use juicing machines safely and meet pars for the bar.
• Follow management and bartender instructions.
• Have extensive menu knowledge to answer guest questions.
• Obtain and update necessary certifications.
• Set up and break down the bar area, cleaning floors and surfaces.
• Empty trash and wash dishes using the bar machine.
