Job summary

Troy Design Manufacturing Company in Plymouth, MI is seeking a WBDM Analyst 2 to ensure timely delivery of department deliverables and support launches across regions. The role includes mentoring analysts, training, and maintaining WBDM templates.

Responsibilities include template creation, process improvements, and direct customer interaction on WTRR and plant issues, with additional training duties and involvement in team initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Computer Information Systems, engineering field, or equivalent work experience.
• Two years experience in same or similar position or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.
• Experienced in Automotive Process and Dimensional control activities.
• Working knowledge of CMM/Fixture procedures and DCD practices.
• Working knowledge of TDM's current CAD platform, data management system, and Microsoft Offices products.
• Moderate knowledge of LD files.
• Experience with all WBDM Metrology devices.
• Ability to support launches in any region with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Create and check WBDM templates for components and assemblies.
• Develop WBDM file process efficiencies (Tips, Techniques, Lessons Learned).
• Work directly with customers on WTRR's and plant issues.
• Train and assist WBDM Analyst 3.
• Provide internal/external WBDM user training and maintenance of the manual.
• Support launches on/off-site across all regions.
