Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. is seeking a seasoned Quality Engineer to support the Quality organization and manufacturing of parts. You will apply in-depth knowledge to plan, schedule, and lead major projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams and external customers.

Responsibilities include leading DSQR inspections, supporting concessions, audits, and supplier/customer interactions while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• At least 6–7 years of relevant experience or equivalent education/training.
• Strong knowledge of scientific principles and laboratory techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and coordinate complex projects.
• Familiarity with NDTE, quality, and material testing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Support Quality Engineers on customer topics including reviews and audits.
• Lead DSQR source inspection activities and certifications.
• Contribute to quality improvements and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage projects.
