Job summary

Consolidated Precision Products in Eastlake, OH is seeking a Wax Department Lead to supervise daily operations in the Wax department, drive production efficiency, ensure quality, and uphold safety and company standards. This role combines hands-on leadership with coordinating tasks, monitoring workflow, and acting as a liaison between production staff and management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years of manufacturing experience preferred, especially in wax processes.
• Prior leadership or lead experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prioritize daily Wax production assignments to meet schedules.
• Monitor workflow, staffing, and equipment usage to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure wax patterns and assemblies meet quality specs and customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot production issues and escalate complex concerns to supervisors/engineers.
• Lead by example in safety practices and 6S housekeeping.
