• Mastery of at least one wax core skill: molding, dimensional, cleaning, assembly or framing.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions.
• Knowledge of wax area policies and procedures.
• Computer skills for recording observations; SPC training desirable.

Responsibilities

• Inspect a sample of wax patterns and components for defects per work instructions.
• Record observations in the computer database for engineers and supervision.
• Submit process variance notices when applicable.
• Provide feedback to operators on defects and instructions.
• Participate in team discussions to identify chronic problems and propose solutions.
