Job summary

EWC Growth LLC. seeks Licensed Estheticians & Cosmetologists to join a development program and advance to Peer Trainers. You will perform waxing services while guiding new hires, serving as an on-the-floor role model, coach, and peer resource at Geneva or Wheaton centers.

The top performers earn up to $90,000 annually with hourly pay, gratuity, and incentives; full-time roles available with opportunities for growth and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Active esthetics or cosmetology license as required by state regulations.
• Interest in waxing hair removal and guest education.
• Consistent history of strong performance and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Deliver waxing services per protocol, ensure safety, and create a welcoming guest experience.
• Educate guests on routines, aftercare, and products to build loyalty.
• Coach and develop new Wax Specialists through hands-on training and feedback.
• Maintain clean, sanitized, and guest-ready waxing suites; meet performance metrics.
