Ballast Wax, operating as a European Wax Center franchisee, is seeking a Wax Specialist in Naperville, IL. You will perform high-quality waxing services in your private suite, build a loyal guest book, and work within a nationally recognized brand.

We offer in-person, full-time or part-time roles with strong earning potential and comprehensive benefits. License required to apply and excellent guest service is essential.

Qualifications

• Active Esthetician or Cosmetologist license in the state of application is required.
• Full-time and part-time schedules available; evenings and weekends may be required.
• Experience with waxing services and guest care is preferred but not required to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional waxing services in a private suite following brand protocols and licensing requirements.
• Greet guests with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
• Educate guests on post-wax care and service frequency; set clear expectations.
• Build genuine relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
