Ballast Wax, a multi-unit European Wax Center franchisee, seeks a Wax Specialist in Elmhurst, IL. You will perform high-quality waxing in your own private suite, build a loyal guest book, and thrive with brand-backed training and support.

We offer base pay plus bonuses, tips, and room for growth to $25–$30/hour as your book expands. In-person, full-time and part-time schedules available with full benefits for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Active Esthetician or Cosmetologist license in the state where applying.
• Guest-focused service with professionalism.
• Willingness to learn and grow through training.
• Available evenings and weekends; both full-time and part-time schedules.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional waxing services in private suites adhering to brand protocols.
• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism and educate on post-wax care.
• Build relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
• Promote skincare products and service packages to support guest needs.
• Maintain a clean, sterile, compliant wax suite and follow sanitation standards.
