Job Description

Responsible for visual inspection of wax patterns and dressing of defects, along with other tasks related to pattern manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

• Visually inspect wax patterns to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Dress defects using hot torches and hot plates; trim flash; fix air bubbles; label patterns; assemble parts; apply sealant; keep work area clean.
• Accurately report daily production quantities.

Physical and Mental Demands:

• Work is performed at a workbench where sitting or standing is optional. Requires attention to detail, steady hands, and good visual acuity.
• Constant use of upper extremities for inspecting, dressing, repairing, labeling, and sealing wax patterns. Frequent use of hand tools; reach/handle activities at various heights.
• Push/lift 10-35 lbs.
