Job summary

You will follow the technique cards, perform quality checks, and maintain logs. The job requires basic math, ability to read technical instructions, and the stamina for physical manufacturing tasks.

Qualifications

• Wax molding experience preferred (3–6 months) in wax molding utility, leach tank or core/gate cleaner positions.
• Able to read and interpret specifications on Technique Cards and Process Control Procedures.
• Able to perform basic mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Able to work with limited supervision.
• Written language skills required.
• Physical ability to perform the essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Assembles, disassembles, prepares and positions tooling dies; changes die inserts as required.
• Adds chills and soluble per tech cards.
• Removes and/or cleans tooling after operation.
• Operates mold machines; maintains dimensional integrity of product.
