Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, and may be substituted by experience.
• Minimum 1 year experience as an operator in a manufacturing environment; casting experience is a plus.
• Able to meet deadlines with dependable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, dress, book and blend wax patterns per procedures.
• Meet the specific requirements of the efficiency standard as established by supervision.
• Record, on a daily basis, all work performed using manufacturing computer system.
• Gets supplies, uses waxes, lubricants as required.
• Responsible for quality by visual inspection as well as by gauging.
• Maintains a clean and orderly work area.
• Observes all safety rules, practices, policies and procedures.
