Precision Castparts in Oregon is seeking a Mold Machine Operator with senior level skills to assemble, set up, and operate complex tooling dies. You will work with wax pattern tooling and gating parts, ensuring dimensional integrity while meeting production schedules.

Responsibilities include preparing tooling dies, maintaining tooling quality, inspecting wax parts, and assisting in new tooling methods. On-site role with standard safety practices and on-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• Mold Machine Operator senior level requires mastery of Levels A, B and C.
• Experience with wax pattern tooling and gating parts preferred.
• Able to read Technique & load cards and interpret instructions.
• Able to perform basic math calculations and work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assembles, disassembles, prepares and positions tooling dies for operation.
• Changes, adds, removes inserts to produce large, complex parts.
• Operates mold machines and monitors functions to meet production schedules.
• Removes wax parts from die and inspects for defects.
• Keeps dies clean and maintains dimensional integrity of parts.
• Trains less skilled operators as assigned.
