Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. in Ohio seeks a Wax Dresser to support high-volume casting operations. You will perform dressing and blending of wax patterns, ensuring safety and quality while meeting daily production quotas.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of manufacturing experience, familiarity with hand tools, grinders and inspection equipment, and can work with a team to solve problems while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred or substituted by experience.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as an operator in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with misc. hand tools, tables, racks, boxes, safety guidelines, feeds, grinders, inspection tools, etc.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, dress, book and blend wax patterns per procedures.
• Meet the specific requirements of the efficiency standard as established by supervision.
• Record, on a daily basis, all work performed and the correct distribution of the work time by operational codes, using manufacturing computer system.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Observe all safety rules, practices, policies and procedures.
• Handle hazardous waste in accordance with MSDS and company policy.
