Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or related experience accepted.
• Prior molder experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 15 pounds frequently.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass background/drug screens.
• Ability to read, write and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily checks of dies, wax presses, and gauges to ensure proper operation.
• Retrieve aluminum dies from storage and transport to the work station.
• Consistently produce wax molds meeting engineering specs and quantity requirements.
• Identify defects in wax patterns and understand defect causes.
