Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• Experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Familiarity with measuring equipment recommended.

Aufgaben

• Inject wax patterns, gates, and sprues using light and heavy dies.
• Operate wax injection presses and maintain wax levels in melting pots.
• Inspect wax patterns, gating systems, and sprues for quality compliance.
• Follow SOPs and engineering procedures; maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Support engineering and maintenance with troubleshooting and process improvements.
• Participate in wax parameter trials and calibration checks.
• Complete and document equipment inspections (seals, filters, oil levels).
• Maintain safety policies and handle hazardous materials per SDS.
