Job summary

Consolidated Precision Products Corp is seeking injection molding technicians for its aerospace components. The role involves precise maintenance of wax press equipment, dies, and QA checks in a climate-controlled environment.

The position requires reading and following English instructions, regular attendance, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Prior experience in molding or manufacturing is a plus; pre-employment screening applies.

Qualifications

• Must read and follow work instructions in English.
• Regular attendance and punctuality are required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds from floor to waist and up to 15 pounds frequently.
• Must read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
• Strong teamwork and concentration in an active environment.
• High school diploma or GED required; relevant experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily checks on wax press machine including cleaning dies, verifying temperature/pressure gauges, verifying wax levels, and checking for hydraulic leaks.
• Retrieve aluminum dies from storage.
• Produce wax molds meeting engineering specs while maintaining quantity.
• Identify defects in wax patterns and their causes.
