Aerotek is hiring a General Production Worker Wax Team Work Cell Operator in Dover, NJ. The role supports the production of precision wax patterns used in aerospace investment casting.

You will assist with setup, assembly, inspection, and preparation of wax molds and patterns while helping meet schedules and strict quality standards. This on-site role requires crossing multiple workstations, hands-on use of routers and hand tools, and strict adherence to detailed work instructions.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or heavy industrial environments.
• Mechanical aptitude to support production processes.
• Experience on production lines, machine operation, or assembly work.
• Ability to follow written work instructions and standardized procedures accurately.
• Legal to work in the United States and able to obtain export-controlled information access.

Responsabilités

• Perform wax injection operations and participate in wax mold production activities.
• Conduct visual inspections of wax patterns for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Assemble wax components and perform wax setup operations per instructions.
• Prepare ceramic cores and support core preparation for casting.
• Safely use Aussie boards, routers, hand tools and other production tools.
• Follow detailed work instructions and procedures to ensure consistent results.
• Maintain production standards while performing repetitive tasks with quality focus.
• Support multiple workstations within the wax cell and adapt to changes.
• Assist with changeovers, setup, and production flow to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily production goals and schedules.
• Keep a clean, safe, and organized work area per safety standards.
• Complete required training and annual vision testing for qualification.
• Demonstrate flexibility to learn new processes and tools.
