Job summary

PVH Corp. is seeking a Warehouse Wave Planner for the 2nd shift (Sunday-Thursday, 2pm-10pm) to optimize order waves and support efficient distribution.

You will coordinate with Merchandise Coordinators, Customer Service, and Operations to balance workloads, resolve exceptions, and ensure timely shipments. Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years of distribution experience, strong communication, and solid MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Solid experience in distribution/wave planning (1–3 yrs).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and level workloads across manual and automated environments.
• Organize and coordinate waves to optimize shipping capacity.
• Process requests from coordinating teams to expedite or modify orders.
• Collaborate with operations to balance staffing and equipment.
• Communicate order statuses and resolve exceptions.
