STAline Waterworks is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to grow our client base and deliver outstanding service within our waterworks product range. The role emphasizes in-person sales, relationship building, and proactive territory management across our customer base.

Ideal candidates will possess a 4-year degree, proven sales success, and strong negotiation skills, with the ability to travel up to 75% and build lasting customer partnerships in a dynamic distribution

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a four year college or technical school.
• Proven sales and business development experience with revenue growth.
• Extensive knowledge about waterworks products preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell products primarily in-person to customers.
• Manage accounts in an assigned territory with regular visits.
• Grow sales by researching, contacting, and visiting prospective customers.
• Increase market share by assessing customer needs and competition.
• Engage decision makers to retain and grow business.
• Provide pricing and availability by phone, in person, or online.
