You'll spend substantial time in the field meeting customers, hosting lunch-and-learns and presentations, and managing your territory with minimal supervision. Travel about 20% to maximize opportunities and grow the business.

Qualifications

• Requires experience in waterworks industry.
• Established relationships with contractors, distributors, and engineers in waterworks.
• Knowledge of the industry, customers, and project environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to network.
• Willing to spend significant time in the field.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, distributors, engineering firms, and other industry partners.
• Spend time in the field meeting customers and developing new business opportunities.
• Host lunch-and-learns and product presentations with engineering firms to drive product specifications.
• Entertain customers through lunches, dinners, golf outings, and other relationship-building activities.
• Develop and manage your territory with autonomy to decide where time will have the greatest impact.
• Stay connected to projects, customers, and opportunities throughout the territory.
• Travel approximately 20%
