The position is hybrid, requiring 3 days in-office under Ferguson's Flex schedule, with 2 days remote. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in waterworks quotations and proficiency with PlanSwift/Bluebeam/On Center.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction related project management, project coordinator, quotations, or estimating experience; highly preferred.
• Waterworks quotations or product knowledge is required.
• Prior use of estimating software such as PlanSwift, BidTracer, Salesforce is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with customer quotations software like Planswift, Bluebeam and On Center is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee local quotation efforts and staff across multiple markets.
• Builds project material estimates and performs material takeoffs as needed.
• Communicate daily with sales to provide feedback and follow up on quotations.
• Consult with engineers, architects, owners, contractors and subcontractors on cost estimate changes.
• Follow up on customer quotes and coordinate with vendors for pricing.
• Analyze specifications to build material cost estimates.
• Assess cost effectiveness and track costs vs bids as projects develop.
• Lead and develop a team to meet targets and schedules.
• Provide guidance to junior team members.
• Maintain relationships with vendors to ensure service levels.
