Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operation Management or related field.
• Seven (7) years of design, construction, and/or project management experience with wastewater collection systems.
• Five (5) years of supervisory experience.
• Wastewater Collection License and State Issued Driver’s License.
• Master’s degree in engineering or related field preferred; relevant experience considered.
• Ten or more years in a large wastewater collection system.
• Ten or more years of management experience in a large wastewater collection system.
• State Issued CDL Class A Driver’s License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides training, coaching, and mentoring to staff.
• Verifies proper use of construction and maintenance equipment.
• Manages resources with KPIs for crews.
• Coordinates with stakeholders, partner agencies, and emergency services.
• Assists in budgeting and forecasting staffing, equipment, and supplies.
• Ensures crews have necessary resources to complete tasks.
• Establishes work methods, timelines, and performance standards.
• Communicates operational performance to management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
