Job summary

HDR is seeking a Business Class Director for Integrated Watershed Management to lead technical capabilities and coordinate cross-functional effort across HDR’s markets. The role demands strategic oversight of service lines including watershed management, water supply, groundwater and quality.)

The ideal candidate will mentor technical leaders, direct recruitment, and ensure quality standards while aligning with HDR’s employee-owned culture across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a related field.
• Professional registration for technical leadership roles where applicable.
• Experience developing and managing diverse teams.
• Ability to work cooperatively with other business class directors, operations managers, technical directors and marketing managers.

Responsibilities

• Provide company-wide leadership of technical capabilities within the business class.
• Build relationships with related business classes, market sectors, and operations.
• Lead technical risk management through process and resource reviews and provide advisory services.
