Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage mailroom operations and staff, including monitoring of costs and monthly reporting.
• Conducts operational research, productivity analyses and management studies to improve operations and services.
• Coordinates or implements special projects, assists in planning, design and evaluation of projects.
• Provides research and analytical support for strategic and long-range planning.
