• Assists in planning and long-range strategy for program operations and compliance with legislation.
• Manages project budgets, schedules, and progress; attends meetings and prepares reports.
• Assists in bidding, contracting, change orders, and pay estimates for projects.
• Inspects projects for compliance with plans, safety, and quality controls.
