Responsibilities

  • Performs accounting functions for assigned accounts; posts financial data, prepares journal entries, reconciles accounts, and researches errors.
  • Maintains accounting records for multiple funds and analyzes general ledger accuracy; conducts closeouts and prepares reports.
  • Performs cash flow analysis, reviews balances and ensures proper allocations; supports audits and prepares schedules.
  • Assists with audits by gathering data, preparing notes, and providing records as needed.
  • Manages fixed assets, asset acquisition/disposal, and auditing documentation; maintains related logs.
