Job summary

Germer International - Pharmaceutical Recruiting is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer with Waters Mass Spectrometry expertise to support pharmaceutical, biotech, and research laboratories across New England.

You will service, troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate Waters MS instruments, perform preventive maintenance, and document IQ/OQ with strict adherence to GxP and safety requirements. Regular travel throughout New England is required.

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on experience servicing Waters Mass Spectrometry instruments.
Strong knowledge of HPLC, LCMS, electronics, mechanical systems, and vacuum systems.
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
Willingness to travel throughout the New England territory.

Responsibilities

Service, troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate Waters Mass Spectrometry instruments.
Perform preventative maintenance and refurbishments to maximize instrument performance.
Partner directly with customers to diagnose issues, provide technical support, and deliver exceptional service.
Complete service documentation, IQ/OQ reports, and ensure compliance with GxP and safety requirements.
Travel throughout the New England region to support a diverse customer base.
